Astrology is a spiritual art. Using Astrology For Growth Why use astrology? Casting a natal birth chart is recommended for your own insight towards knowledge of the self. Astrology is, therefore, actually a "growth" indicator. The Natal Chart is a picture of your life; characterizing the whole duration (natal chart), and what will occur, and how it will affect you at any given time (forecast chart) - i.e., being in the "right" (or "wrong") place at the "right" or "wrong" time. It is the indicator of the conditions present as they relate to you through life indicated by having your natal chart and a forecast chart.

You always have choices in direction and attitude and that is the builder of strength and character. Often people see unfavorable parts of their chart and get unduly alarmed. Difficult aspects can be adapted to and overcome, using the proper direction that lends strength to your character and life. Some people look at these difficulties as "Karma" that they choose to work on, therefore it is looked upon as a blessing.
